**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Employment Service Center (ESC) operations, focusing on labor relations management, HRSSC delivery business, and HR Information System (HRIS) maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing internal processes, improving labor relations, and ensuring the efficient delivery of HR services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Optimize and iterate ESC core internal processes to achieve efficiency improvement and service excellence.
- Manage labor relations, including dispute mediation and support for all units, with a focus on prevention and risk reduction.
- Oversee HRSSC delivery business operations, including planning, transfer management, and process construction.
- Manage employee personnel files, attendance statistics, and special working hours applications.
- Implement and maintain group welfare and warm-hearted policies, such as talent settlement, foreigner entry and exit, work permits, and commercial insurance.
- Strengthen the linkage between the talent department and government entities, avoiding risks and seeking benefits for employees and the company.
- Maintain the HRIS, ensuring system function optimization, process configuration, data report sharing, and daily Q&A.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong background in labor relations, HRSSC delivery business, and HRIS maintenance. They will be able to work closely with other HR teams, COE, and related departments to provide data collation and analysis.
