About the Role:

As a Process Improvement Sr Specialist, you will be responsible for driving all aspects related to business development and expansion to offshore teams. You will provide business analysis support to new markets and guidance to client needs/requests, working closely with internal teams to ensure delivery of expected solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project plans to ensure quality, time, and cost, executing, monitoring, and controlling them to ensure integrity of information.
  • Execute and manage projects from start to finish, including process assessment and mapping, identification and analysis of strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities, solutions proposal, and implementation support.
  • Provide status reporting on project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating to upper management.
  • Conduct broad and deep quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to identify specific opportunities and support business recommendations, working with key internal stakeholders to define and refine potential opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth, building relationships with key clients to increase opportunities for Nissan services.
  • Provide advice on best practices around business process design and improvement from a customer-centric perspective.
  • Team up with hub management and other relevant teams to analyze and design business cases and processes to deliver sound solutions to customers across the region while driving competitive advantages.
  • Relationship Management working on the planning of processes associated with the implementation of projects and business requirements, evaluating, and recommending plans for Nissan migrations.
  • Participate in meetings as required to support the Transition Management team in the communication and promotion of business cases and project plans execution.
  • Keep up to date on key initiatives, proposals, and requirements of each client group, facilitate sessions, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up actions through execution.
  • Lead presentations and be a strong member in the vision and strategy defined by senior management to drive high-quality plans across the organization.
  • Support ongoing effectiveness of current plans through robust KPIs, seek continuous feedback from business functions, change management team, collaborators, implementing suggestions for improving agility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare documents such as business process diagrams, flowcharts, roadmaps, requirements documents, use cases, user stories, etc., and lead reviews with regional stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • MBA, MA, or CPA (preferred).
  • PMI, PMP Certification (desirable).
  • Training preferred (Six Sigma, Agile, etc.), demonstrated by successful completion of a major business solutions/expansion project.
  • Demonstrated group facilitation skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Previous Work Experience:
  • +3 years of professional leadership and business expert similar role (prior experience in a shared services environment preferred +3 in a supervisor/coordinator Role).
  • Experience in process mapping.
  • Experience in process automation (desirable).
  • Proven high experience in Project Management, business solutions/development, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experienced in facilitating cross-functional team discussions, and provide clear direction using effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Executive presentations and project reporting experience is a must.
  • Experienced in making data-driven decisions.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge in organizational development - organizational effectiveness.
  • Service & Support functions knowledge.
  • Team leadership and negotiation experience/proficiency is required.
  • Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.
  • Established time management skills with the ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work, prioritize, and make decisions independently in a fast-paced services environment. Able to work in ambiguous situations.

Advanced English level Required, TOEIC +700 demonstrated.
