Process Improvement Specialist

Epiroc is seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and standardization across the Region and globally.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize and implement process improvement projects in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain sound business cases, ensuring necessary investments are approved and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with counterparts and colleagues to identify opportunities for standardization and process improvements.
- Work closely with managers to implement process alignment and standardization across the Region and globally.
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working, leveraging digitization and Robotic Process Automation to achieve efficiency gains.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the Region and global organization.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Project Management.
- Proven track record of process improvement and standardization.
- Solid Finance experience, including previous experience as a Financial Manager or Controller.
- Fluency in English is a key requirement.
- Proven leadership and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with BPCS, Infor M3, Lotus Notes, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Confident and effective communicator.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Positive attitude, analytical approach, and good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan work effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
