About the Role
We seek an exceptional Business Excellence Leader located in Aguascalientes site, reporting to the Business Excellence Manager. This role involves driving a culture of excellence, enabling waste removal activities through lean and six sigma approaches, and guiding actions towards sustainable outcomes.
A Day in the Life
- Time validations
- Capacity analysis
- Operations support
- Participation in Kaizen
- Team leadership
- Layout updates
- Generation of drivers
- Delivery of Lean courses
- Application of statistical tools for continuous improvement
- Collection and validation of information for reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering or similar degree
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6 sigma
- Logistics expertise
- Strong Excel skills (intermediate)
- Autocat, Minitab, SolidWorks, FlexSIM (desired)
- Operations Management Techniques
- Leadership skills
