We are seeking a skilled End User Services Consultant / Sr Infrastructure and Security to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the optimal operation of technical systems and equipment for end users.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in end-user environments, diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently.
  • Implement new technology solutions and system upgrades to enhance efficiency and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to technologies implemented in end-user environments.
  • Provide training on tools supporting the end-user environment.
  • Generate reports on system usage, status, and incidents for end users.
  • Present project progress and definitions to stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical incidents in end-user environments promptly.
  • Conduct pilot tests of solutions for end-user environments.
  • Train support groups on new technologies and procedures.
  • Work on-site in Monterrey, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

  • Create reports, dashboards, and data queries to support decision-making.
  • Develop scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Test and quality-assure global end-user configurations.
  • Design and deliver end-user guides and training for GSC and FSO teams.
  • Document processes and create presentations to communicate technical information.
  • Analyze and resolve problems in end-user environments, including Windows 11, O365, System Center Client, Intune, Active Directory, and Azure ID.
  • Stay up-to-date with cloud technologies and their applications.
