Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of microservice architecture concepts, including front end, back end, databases, middleware components, and interaction through REST API calls. You will also possess knowledge of the basics of hardware and software, including memory, CPU, disk usage, processes, logs, error messages, exceptions, stack traces, HTTP status codes, and web browser console.
In addition, you will need to understand Kubernetes concepts and be able to control a Kubernetes deployment from the command line (e.g., kubectl). Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Loki is also essential.
Expected Skills
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in written English
- Adaptability in dealing with customers who may not speak fluent English
- Resourcefulness and organization to implement ticketing processes and conduct thorough investigations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and containerization
