**Account Relationship Manager:**

At Blackhawk Industrial De Mexico, we are seeking a skilled Account Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships to meet and/or exceed company sales revenue and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage new and existing customer relationships
  2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including cutting tools, abrasives, coolant, PPE, MRO, and general knowledge
  3. Presents products to customers and follows through to ensure satisfaction
  4. Identifies and prioritizes all existing and prospective customers within the territory and keeps mailing lists current
  5. Studies product information, attends seminars, supervises tests of products, and results
  6. Attends and contributes to company sales meetings and technical sessions
  7. Provides customers with literature and promotional materials to enhance productivity
  8. Provides market information on trends, new products, market share in existing and potential accounts
  9. Proactively solves problems for customers and generates cost savings

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position in Industrial Sales
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Competent with the use of computer software specific to the operation (CRM, MS Office, Acrobat, and Autocad)
