About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Leader to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives/managers to execute our sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure delivery of training and execution of sales strategies.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and category execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, category, and sales capability, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain category and insights knowledge to coach the team on effective sales strategies.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in sales leadership and team management. You will have a deep understanding of market and routes-to-market, as well as experience in sales and team management. You will also possess strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
