Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Quality Engineer to join our team at Inteva Products, LLC - IMTC Mexico. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality plans for new product launches, ensuring compliance with Inteva's quality standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Provide training and coaching to production staff on quality-related topics, including Gage R&R, APQP, and PPAP.
- Travel up to 40% to Inteva facilities worldwide to support new product launches and quality initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other Technical fields or 3 or more years of post-degree Quality Engineering experience.
- Knowledge of or experience in light assembly and plastic injection molding, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- English Advanced.
