**Job Summary**


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Beneficiary Service Representative to join our team at Leidos. In this role, you will provide critical support to TRICARE beneficiaries, ensuring seamless access to healthcare services.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information
  • Provide educational sessions and briefings as needed
  • Process registrations, enrollments, and disenrollments using the Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES)
  • Verify eligibility information and assign primary care managers
  • Provide customer support to military staff and TRICARE beneficiaries
  • Assist with enrollment discrepancies and maintain electronic system/paper files
  • Conduct off-site briefings and events as directed
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintain required system accounts

**Requirements**



  • High school diploma or GED
  • SOFA/Command sponsorship as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member or DoD employee
  • US citizenship
  • ADP II/IT II clearance
  • Three years of experience in the U.S. military healthcare delivery system or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment
  • Experience in a medical or clinical environment, with CHCS or civilian healthcare computer system experience
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with ability to work independently and under general supervision

**Preferred Qualifications**



  • Associate degree
  • Knowledge of TRICARE Overseas programs, DEERS, DOES, and CHCS
