Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, including lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design and develop manufacturing equipment and tooling to support product development and production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production staff to ensure effective execution of manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field.
- At least three years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
