Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Signant Health. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering clinical trials projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead clinical trials projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures
  • Identify, document, and resolve incidents related to project delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare)
  • Proven experience in clinical trials project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and configuration of software products
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work with multiple team members, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Able to communicate complex information to diverse audiences, both written and verbally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience in the clinical research environment and GCP principles
  • Background in pharmaceuticals, medical education, or CROs
  • Ability to travel for business trips, potentially quarterly
