About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Trials Project Lead to join our team at ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all clinical aspects of the study, overseeing the clinical portion of the budget, developing monitoring plans & tools, training CRAs, driving enrolment and study start-up activities, reviewing trip reports, implementing corrective and preventative action plans, liaising with the Sponsor, vendors & cross-functional teams, identifying & mitigating risks that may impact clinical delivery, and providing reporting & metrics on all clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver all clinical aspects of the study
  • Oversee the clinical portion of the budget
  • Develop monitoring plans & tools
  • Train CRAs
  • Drive enrolment and study start-up activities
  • Review trip reports
  • Implement corrective and preventative action plans
  • Liaise with the Sponsor, vendors & cross-functional teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study
  • Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area
  • Prior monitoring experience is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Fluent in English and local language - both written & verbal

We offer a competitive total reward package, including a salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
