Accounts Payable Analyst Job Description

Mccormick & Company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing indirect invoices, vendor portfolios, and account reconciliations to ensure timely resolution and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process invoices for acceptance or rejection, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and post domestic and export freight, CAAPS, postage, indirect, and fees invoices to SAP.
  • Generate monthly reports, including blacklist, payment complements, and GR/IR.
  • Manage vendor invoices and update vendor portal information for revision files.
  • Develop payment proposals for the Supplier Finance Program.
  • Verify prices, amounts, and currency of purchase orders match with invoices and warehouse entries for proper accounting system registration.
  • Control documentation for REPSE requirements (monthly).
  • Review, support, and resolve issues within the department.
