At DB Schenker, we are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Professional to join our IT team in Guadalajara, Mexico.

This role is responsible for providing support for DB Schenker's Cloud environments based on a multi-hybrid-cloud architecture using global support processes and tools.

The successful candidate will contribute to the Cloud Journey of DB Schenker by operating the infrastructure stack of the Schenker Cloud platform, conducting standard operations tasks, and utilizing our modern IaC stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stable service operation within time zones
  • Perform regular monitoring, verification, and review of managed resources status
  • Investigate and provide possible workarounds for customer incidents
  • Support customer service requests, including new provision, build, configuration, and adherence to service catalogue following SOPs
  • Deflect and escalate respective incidents and report as problems to engineering level
  • Maintain and track SLAs in incident management, escalating when necessary

Requirements:

  • Customer and service orientation
  • Able to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups, and functions
  • Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
  • Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
