Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist III to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance services contracted, including negotiating costs and administering activities.
- Support the Maintenance Manager on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
- Oversee the work of maintenance technicians and ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage costs and budgets for maintenance activities.
- Provide spare parts and materials for machinery operation and building maintenance.
- Monitor and control fluids used in operation, including solvents and oils.
- Knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical energy systems.
- Knowledge of water treatment systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
- Broad knowledge and proficiency in computer productivity tools and internet e-commerce capabilities.
- Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Bilingual English-Spanish, 80% proficiency.
