Customer Service Specialist

At Donaldson Company, Inc., we are committed to solving the world's most complex filtration challenges. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and thorough handling of all customer inquiries, claims, and complaints.
  • Develop and execute systems or procedures to handle customer complaints accurately and expeditiously.
  • Manage marketing demand forecast and backlog to determine optimum inventory levels and appropriate stocking programs.
  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Floor to provide scheduled production.
  • Interface with Engineering, Purchasing, and Accounting to develop and drive systems to facilitate Production Scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, schedule production, materials, and supply chain.
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Experience with ORACLE system.
  • Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
  • Manage and develop personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Management and negotiations with external and internal customers.
  • Launch of new projects.
  • Management of billing systems.
