Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Operations Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and ensuring seamless execution of our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful deployment of our Global Business Platform across various functions and geographies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform thorough analysis during the Solution Identification phase, identifying areas for improvement and proposing effective solutions.
- Analyze Change Impact and facilitate impact analysis execution and resolution, ensuring smooth transitions between 'as is' and 'to be' scenarios.
- Develop and review high-quality Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Support the development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts, ensuring robust testing and validation processes.
- Coordinate User Access Testing (UAT) activities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Design and coordinate communication materials related to New Ways of Working, effectively engaging employees and driving cultural shifts.
- Identify training needs and deliver impactful trainings to end-users, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Contribute to Toll Gate decks (milestones), logging risks and issues, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain project momentum.
- Analyze data during Ramp-up phase and propose corrective actions, driving continuous improvement and learning.
- Integrate best practices and lessons learned from each implementation into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps.
- Ensure a seamless handover to Business as Usual (BAU) after Stabilization phase, guaranteeing sustained benefits and continuity.
Requirements
- Fundamental skills: Process-oriented thinking, planning, organization, analytical, and conceptual thinking.
- Stakeholder management skills: Managing diverse stakeholder groups, including Functions and Operating Companies, with strong communication skills.
- Training and Change management skills: Conducting trainings, developing training materials, and supporting change to new ways of working.
- Process improvement skills: Problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and contributing to process enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration with a focus on Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in brewery operation plants, preferably with connected quality experience for both operations and packaging.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
Salary Expectation: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, based on location (32424, Juárez, Chih.), level of experience, and other factors.
