RPA Developer

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join our team at Cognizant, one of the largest and fastest-growing IT services providers worldwide.

As an RPA Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) and other leading automation platforms. Your expertise will help us streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution
• Create and maintain Solution Design Documents throughout the project lifecycle
• Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs, and translating them into robotic solutions using core workflow principles
• Support UAT and rollout phases
• Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the Tech Lead/project manager accordingly
• Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing
• Support go-live roll out and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in designing and developing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate)
• Experience with other leading automation platforms (UIPath, Blue prism, Automation Anywhere) is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• Excellent understanding of business process and ability to create process flow diagrams
• Good understanding of Process Design documents, technical design documents within the automation space
