About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Teletech Holdings, Inc. as a key member of our Customer Supply Chain organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize supply to match customer requirements while ensuring best-in-class customer service.
  • Actively manage regional execution activities to ensure adherence to customer service performance, in-stock goals, and promotional activities.
  • Communicate customer needs and requirements to supply chain partners to facilitate inventory planning and deployment.
  • Lead the allocation process with our regional marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Partner with CX Operations and Customer Account Managers in analyzing supply incoming and tracking risks proactively.
  • Translate customer forecasts and compare with our business plan to properly communicate changes to the Demand Planning team.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to understand and apply advanced analytics and optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
  • English language - spoken and written is a must. Portuguese language - spoken and written is a plus.
  • Computer proficiency in email environments, Microsoft & Google Apps - Strong in Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau skills.
  • Proven experience within international business environments.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
