Overview:
As a Senior CORE Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the CORE Operating System across various organizational levels. Your expertise will drive initiatives aimed at refining processes and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the management and execution of the CORE Operating System to optimize processes at all organizational tiers.
- Mentor and cultivate change agents within the organization, empowering all personnel to engage in daily process enhancements.
- Lead and coordinate CORE Engagements, including kaizen events, to promote collaborative improvement efforts.
- Supervise individual CORE certification processes to ensure adherence to internal standards.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Cells and Functional Departments to guarantee effective implementation of CORE tools.
- Establish a metrics framework and conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Conduct CORE Site maturity evaluations and recommend procedural modifications to meet organizational goals in safety, personnel, quality, delivery, cost, and efficiency.
Learning Opportunities:
- Gain insights into various aspects of the organization through interactions with employees at all levels while providing support and training on CORE tools.
Required Qualifications:
- A University Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in person and through documentation.
- 4-5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with contemporary problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in office software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications:
