About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our Global Messaging team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting our messaging systems, collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders to provide a reliable and secure messaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Participate in global Messaging projects in designing, planning, and implementation phases of projects when required.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Provide support for day-to-day global operational activities for Messaging platforms, including administering MS Exchange, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Secure Email Gateway infrastructure, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and other messaging-related services.
  • Reporting and Capacity Planning: Produce regular ongoing reports for management, capacity planning, and consolidation related to Global Messaging infrastructure.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and perform daily operational tasks necessary to provide a stable and robust Exchange environment, including monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work on diverse sets of tools and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to support operations in various time zones.
  • Tier 3 Support: Provide tier 3 support for MS Exchange, Exchange Online, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Mobile device management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 5+ years equivalent combination of education and overall experience with email technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent command of English, excellent knowledge in administering MS Exchange in hybrid mode, email retention policies, sensitivity labeling, SPAM filtering, mobile device management platforms, email security controls, and MS directory services.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent cooperation, analytical, and presentational skills, ability to work independently and collaborate with global multinational teams.
