**Job Summary**
Syneos Health Clinical is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Site Management Associate to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials at investigator sites.
**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
The Clinical Site Management Associate will be responsible for:
- Performing site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) and protocol compliance;
- Evaluating overall performance of site and site staff and providing recommendations regarding site-specific actions;
- Maintaining a working knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines or other applicable guidance, relevant regulations, and company SOPs/processes;
- Providing guidance at the site and project level towards audit readiness standards and supporting preparation for audit and required follow-up actions;
- May act as primary liaison with project site personnel, or in collaboration with Central Monitoring Associate, and ensures all assigned sites and project-specific site team members are trained and compliant with applicable requirements.
**What You'll Need**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a life science or related field;
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical research, with a focus on site management, monitoring, and compliance;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and software;
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.

Syneos Health Clinical offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **Location**
This role will be based in Mexico, with frequent travel to investigator sites throughout the region.
