We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Selex Del Norte. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing learning operations projects that meet the highest standards of quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning solutions in collaboration with subject matter experts and vendors.
- Ensure the successful execution of learning operation projects for both salary and hourly employees.
- Source and select external training vendors that meet our standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive learning and development documentation for global deployment.
- Monitor and manage the training budget for L&D operation projects in alignment with company policy.
- Generate and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for L&D projects.
- Provide training and support to internal teams as needed.
- Ensure fluency in English language for effective communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, learning content design, and training budget management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management, learning strategies, and instructional design.
