We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Tri Source International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our call center operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide day-to-day performance management, coaching, and counseling to employees, as well as conducting performance evaluations and other associated managerial duties.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies, working closely with senior leaders to identify and address key talent gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess and analyze functional and leadership competency strengths and gaps, providing recommendations for development and improvement.
- Provide advice and counsel to employees and management on employment policies, employee relations issues, employment laws, and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge and expertise to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Fully bilingual Spanish/English.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and tact.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- A competitive salary range of $40,000-$47,500 per month, plus bonus and benefits.
