- Provide support to drive business growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies and identifying solutions
- Propose changes to operational processes and drive a high standard in customer satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality product detail pages and make recommendations for effective marketing campaigns
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics, SQL or HTML
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience managing large amounts of data
