Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall DTC business.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies related to content, exclusive services and benefits, SEO, CRM, and design and functionality-related website enhancements (UX).
- Oversee all e-commerce operational needs, including inventory management, order fulfillment logistics, and invoicing.
- Partner closely with the merchandising team to define online assortment, accurate forecasting of collection, merchandising strategy, and overall product shoppability related to assets (description, images), naming, and navigation.
- Work closely with the CRM team to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Oversee and optimize all Web and CRC related KPIs (i.e., traffic, CVR, AOV, NPS, etc.).
- Deliver a yearly strategic Digital and Client Experience plan aligned with the overall brand vision and regional business targets.
Client Relationship Center (CRC):
- Manage the Client Relationship Center as a vital part of the e-commerce client journey to drive excellent client coverage, satisfaction, and sales.
- Drive a strategy to ensure the Client Relations team achieves or exceeds revenue targets by capturing all sales leads and increasing conversion.
- Maintain a robust client outreach and corporate gifting program to reinforce a concierge-level approach and relationship building.
Performance Marketing:
- Collaborate with HQ Marketing team to support Paid Search and Paid Social initiatives and go-to-market campaigns to ensure consistency in messaging and creative and to deliver a full-funnel media approach.
Requirements:
- College Degree.
- 6-8+ years in D2C e-commerce roles, with experience in site merchandising, UX/UI, inventory management, performance marketing, and digital strategy (luxury a plus).
- Expert knowledge in data and analytics, especially related to E-Commerce levers (sales, web analytics, stock, and digital marketing performance) (Vtex a plus).
- Ability to turn data into clear and actionable insights and develop strategic business plans.
- Ability to interact with different seniority levels in a multicultural, international organization.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial with a problem-solving mindset.
- High flexibility: ability to deliver quality at the detail level while keeping a strategic perspective in a highly dynamic work environment.
- High standard of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Excellent skills in Google Analytics, BI tools, MS PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficiency in English.
