Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Sales Finance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales finance function, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Portfolio Value Maximization process, including the analysis and identification of opportunities to optimize sales performance across our portfolio of brands;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics;
- Provide analytical support to the Sales Finance Manager in the development and maintenance of financial planning and reporting tools and processes;
- Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to senior management and other stakeholders, providing recommendations for mitigating or capitalizing on these risks and opportunities;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, Business, Accounting or Engineering;
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a sales finance or commercial role;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify insights and trends;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations to senior management;
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in macros, modeling and data analysis.
