Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development by identifying and developing new sales opportunities with current and potential clients.
  • Provide technical sales support to the sales team, including preparation and presentation of technical proposals, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
  • Offer technical consulting services to clients, advising them on the best technical solutions to meet their needs and solve specific problems.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and engineering, to ensure that the solutions offered are viable and aligned with the company's capabilities.
  • Train and educate clients and sales team members on technical aspects of products and solutions offered.
  • Evaluate competition and market trends to adjust sales and product development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, engineering, or a comparable field with corresponding further training as a technician.
  • High sales competence, at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or product ownership of IT systems (e.g. ERP, MES, WMS) and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Xing.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Very good knowledge of English, minimum B2 level.
  • Driving license.
