Valtech es una empresa global con oficinas en 21 países, enfocada en la transformación de negocios mediante la innovación digital. Buscamos un/a Director Creativo Ssr para sumar a nuestro equipo Creativo de México.

Responsabilidades

  • Interpretar briefs para desarrollar materiales gráficos.
  • Colaborar proactivamente con los miembros del equipo en la ejecución de proyectos.
  • Crear, diseñar y adaptar piezas gráficas.
  • Desarrollar conceptos visuales creativos.
  • Realizar búsquedas de imágenes y referencias de conceptos existentes.
  • Elaborar maquetas y dummies para propuestas.
  • Supervisar y ajustar los procesos creativos según sea necesario.
  • Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas gráficas.
  • Participar activamente en sesiones creativas.
  • Dominar las propuestas y líneas gráficas del proyecto.
  • Incorporar los comentarios de otros diseñadores para mejorar el trabajo.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • 3-4 años de experiencia mínima en agencias.
  • Manejo técnico nivel medio-avanzado en Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Uso básico de programas complementarios (GWD, XD, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
  • Conocimiento de formatos para publicidad (medios digitales y tradicionales).
  • Diseño avanzado de medios digitales o tradicionales.
  • Presentación de ideas con clientes.
  • Teoría del color, jerarquía de elementos gráficos, tipografía, composición e identificación de estilos gráficos.
  • Generación de materiales: banners, posts, historias, portadas, maquetas, retoque fotográfico, logotipos, infografías, mailings, layouts.
