About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Art Director to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Concept Development: Collaborate with copywriters and creative directors to develop and refine creative concepts that meet client objectives.
  2. Creative Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities to elevate the creative product and develop innovative solutions that drive business impact.
  3. Visual Direction: Provide visual direction and guidance to designers and artists to ensure consistency and quality in the creative product.
  4. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, media, and production, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  6. Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
  7. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative work aligns with the client's brand tone and position, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and ability to drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.
