Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional results. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee maintenance activities on our rolling stock, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and fleet checks. You'll also report any deviations or failures to our Failure Management database and analyze data using HealthHub, our platform for collecting and processing data.

You'll work closely with our installation and test commissioning teams, project engineers, and internal suppliers to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help us maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, product performance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of maintenance activities on rolling stock, including corrective and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshooting, investigation, and repair of issues
• Reporting and registering deviations or failures in the Failure Management database
• Data analysis using HealthHub to optimize operations and maintenance
• Management of Service Orders and failure notifications
• Support for field modifications, implementation of new technologies, and engineering investigations
• Recommendation of preventative and corrective actions
• Training and direction of operators in field modifications and repairs

Requirements:

• Certified technician or undergraduate degree in mechanical or electrical/electronics
• Minimum IT knowledge and internal EHS training
• Fluent English reading and writing skills, with ability to follow technical conversations
• Technical troubleshooting/investigation/testing experience (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
• Field experience, EHS knowledge, and exposure to railways products

Working Conditions:

This role requires occasional travel to accompany drivers during test runs or revenue service, and intervention anywhere on the Tren Maya line. Troubleshooting activities are managed by rotation on different shifts, with most corrective jobs undertaken during night shift.
