Key Responsibilities- Operations Support
- Collaborate with the Feasibility Strategy & Analytics Lead to ensure a deep understanding of project goals, scope, and requirements.
- Participate in Site Intelligence gathering by reviewing internal and external intelligence on performance and quality metrics.
- Conduct literature research to identify investigators and build the Investigator database.
- Provide country-specific data and site recommendations to support feasibility projects.
- Interact with internal and external personnel to coordinate the collection of site feasibility data.
- Maintain and update Client systems, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
- Maintain effective relationships with other platform lines, Business Units, and enabling lines to facilitate effective portfolio delivery.
- Compliance with Parexel Standards
- Comply with required training curriculum.
- Complete timesheets accurately as required.
- Submit expense reports as required.
- Update CV as required.
- Maintain a working knowledge of and comply with Parexel processes, ICH-GCPs, and other applicable requirements.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with multiple functions in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications).
- Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines on several projects with specific and unique requirements.
- Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, work independently, and work as part of a team in a matrix environment.
- English Professional Level.
- Ability to communicate and write in local languages as required for the position at a professional level.
- An eye for detail and ability to problem-solve operational challenges and provide high-level insights to a multidisciplinary team.
- A quick learner with the desire to contribute and support the design and implementation of analytical insights and management of data platforms.
- Demonstrated success/results in prior roles, including matrix organization.
- Bachelor's of Science degree or equivalent and 2 years' experience working in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry.
