**Job Summary:**
The Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees at all levels within North American Production Sharing. This role will assess training needs, develop curriculum, and manage the delivery of training sessions to ensure employees have the necessary skills to meet organizational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with department heads and HR to determine training priorities and goals.
3. Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.
4. Conduct assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within the organization.
5. Coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver specialized training in areas of production and administration.
6. Develop certification programs in various processes within the organization.
7. Implement methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs, such as surveys, quizzes, and performance evaluations.
8. Analyze training data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Continuously evaluate and update training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
10. Identify and engage external training vendors or consultants as needed to supplement internal training efforts.
11. Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet training needs.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. More than 4 years of experience in designing and providing training programs, instructional design methodologies.
3. Advanced level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and presentation skills).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
