Responsibilities:
  • Help design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Work with the Business Analytics team to create meaningful reports and dashboards sourcing our data warehouse using Tableau.
  • Manage tasks related to month-end financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, preferred.
  • 3+ years relevant experience with customer success, management consulting, data analytics, customer support or other relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent listener with proven written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
