Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Communication Manager to join our team at adidas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing the Market Brand Strategy locally and ensuring consistent execution in country sub-units (if applicable) through integrated plans across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Brand Strategy Execution: Set Brand objectives in accordance with Brand KPI direction provided in the Global Brand Strategy, cascaded by the Market to ensure construction towards ONE LAM objectives.
  2. Marketing Initiative Execution: Drive the consolidated approach alignment with x-functional departments and categories and Brand Communications team to facilitate execution of marketing initiatives, overseeing all creative output across the adidas brand in all marketing channels to guarantee aligned activation.
  3. Country Communication and Implementation: Own all country related x-category communication and implementation topics to maximize the brand voice, and ensure x-category opportunities are fully exploited.
  4. Communication Campaign Execution: Drive the execution of all communication campaigns specific to dedicated category to ensure that all projects are OTIF.
  5. Local Market Insights: Monitor execution locally and in Country sub-units (where applicable) to gain insights to provide feedback to Market.
  6. Team Performance Management: Generate a framework for performance to set clear expectations with the team.
  7. Market Work Brief (MWB) Management: Manage MWB for the country to ensure all implementations comply with approved plans following investment behind global priorities.
  8. Resource Management: Brief and manage internal and/or external resources for creating locally needed category specific marketing tools.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Economic/Business/Administrative careers, 5 years experience in visual merchandising, Experience as Brand manager, brand activation.
