About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and execution of strong growth drivers and innovative brand experiences in the 3rd Space. This role will be responsible for leading multifunctional teams, including marketing, commercial, and third-party agencies, to bring the strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies
    • Develop the strategy for 3rd Space and lead cross-functional teams to build brands, recruit consumers, and win on every occasion where our portfolio has the right to.
    • Build Scotch, Agave, and Emerging Brands growth drivers, experiences, and 365 essentials for each subsegment of the 3rd space.
  • Lead Multifunctional Teams
    • Lead multifunctional teams in partnership with marketing, handling performance, and ensuring OTIF execution of all brand plans.
    • Ensure brilliant brand execution and brand building critical metrics.
  • Manage A&P and Budget
    • A&P management and investment, ensuring efficient investment and accordance with brand critical metrics and investment strategy.
  • Be Curious and Adaptable
    • Be curious and be on the move to always participate in the biggest and trending events across all passion points: food, sports, music, and more.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Degree/master's in business or engineering.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced English (100%), and Microsoft Office.
    • +4 years of experience in Sponsorships Marketing, Massive Events coordinator, and Brand Marketing.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Ability to move between strategy and execution.
    • Solid Project management skills.
    • Confirmed analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, as well as critical thinking.
    • Able to mobilize the business around a clear goal and engage key customers at all levels.
    • Agency and cross-functional leadership skills.
    • A driven self-starter, passionate about winning and performing extraordinarily.
    • Handle global relationships and be able to tropicalize the strategy.
    • Lead and implement budget and A&P planning wisely and effectively.
    • Strategic problem solver with deep consumer understanding.
