Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute IDQ Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive IDQ program for our 3P sellers in Mexico, driving improvements in product data quality, catalog accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with 3P sellers, internal subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve item data quality issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements.
- Analyze Data and Drive Insights: Analyze product data, seller performance, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and use these insights to inform IDQ strategy and decision-making.
- Define and Monitor KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the 3P Mexico IDQ program, setting targets and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to implement new IDQ initiatives, processes, and tools, ensuring smooth rollouts and adoption across the 3P seller network.
- Provide Regular Reporting: Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior leadership on the performance and health of the 3P Mexico IDQ program.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and customer expectations, and incorporate these into the 3P Mexico IDQ program.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
- Program or Project Management Experience: 2+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in a data-driven role.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and decisions. Experience with SQL and Excel at an intermediate level.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with 3P seller networks or international operations highly preferred.
