About the Role

As a Revenue Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing the overall performance of our hotel portfolio.

You will work closely with hotel operators to develop and implement commercial strategies, analyze market trends, and optimize pricing and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the hotel industry, including revenue management best practices, as well as excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Drive revenue growth through data-driven commercial strategies and negotiations with hotel operators and clients.
  • Collaborate with hotel operators to set and achieve revenue targets, creating budgets and plans that support business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and property performance to inform commercial decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel operators, clients, and stakeholders to drive business development and growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, providing expert advice on commercial matters.
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
