Global Product Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our E-mobility product platform. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to convert strategic visions into tangible products that meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute advanced development projects to achieve business objectives
- Work with product managers to ensure proper planning for ADPs and platform programs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize program delivery and optimize resource allocation
- Provide leadership to project managers to ensure plans are created and executed to business goals
- Ensure platform programs meet profitability targets through proactive cost planning
- Effectively manage risks and changes across projects
- Find synergies between platform projects to reduce resource requirements and provide higher value
- Resolve conflicts and ensure project and technical issues are properly escalated and resolved
- Automotive industry experience or equivalent platforming experience
- Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in a technical field, engineering preferred
- Formal program and project management education and/or PgMP/PMP certification a plus
- 3-5 years in product management, program management, project management, or engineering management
- Leading global or multi-regional teams in a matrix organizational structure or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in English
- Willingness to travel globally up to 25% as required
