**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

  • Fulfill production program by following safety procedures and minimizing risks of work.
  • Coordinate with technical production teams to assign shifts, machines, and daily/monthly production standards.
  • Promote and ensure attendance at training courses and meetings for technical personnel.
  • Manage the multiple skills program, including training and technical evaluation of production staff and documentation of skills.
  • Ensure proper use of materials and components.
  • Review compliance with production roles, shifts, and payroll reports, including incident reports.
  • Ensure timely human resource allocation to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve safety, quality, and delivery issues.

**Process Engineering**

  • Define process parameters to optimize productivity and product quality.
  • Maintain updated process parameters in the Quality Management System.
  • Assist with production lines when processes generate defective products to find solutions.
  • Check Standard Operating Procedures (POEs) / OPIs.
  • Coordinate and create prototypes for new developments with Product Engineers to define new process parameters.

**Quality, Ecology, and Security**

  • Safeguard physical integrity and team members' safety by promoting correct use of safety equipment.
  • Participate in the equipment Security System.
  • Follow safety procedures to minimize work risks.
  • Notify the Integrated Manufacturing Unit of any situation endangering safety, product quality, and waste and defective objectives.

**Equipment Maintenance**

  • Prepare and check equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Perform autonomous maintenance at the start of each shift.
  • Report equipment flaws to the maintenance technician and Maintenance Engineer, documenting and signing off on equipment condition.
  • Coordinate with other areas to verify productivity, quality, cleanliness, and environmental commitments are met.

**Product Quality**

  • Ensure compliance with quality objectives by implementing policies, procedures, and quality plans.
  • Participate in troubleshooting equipment quality issues.
  • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs / OPIs) at each workstation.
  • Train staff on equipment use, procedures, and operations.

**Continuous Improvement**

  • Participate in energy consumption reduction and cost accessory reduction programs.
  • Contribute improvement ideas.
  • Maintain neat, clean, and organized work areas, including cleaning at the end of each shift.

**Qualifications**

  • Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Electromechanics Engineer degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • English fluency (desired).
