Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business cases and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in finance or commercial finance.
  • Sophisticated proficiency in English written and verbal.
  • Significant experience with financials and data management with Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business insight to build strong cases to drive core business decisions and change/innovation.
  • Strong influencing, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (i.e. SAP/HFM/BI/BPC).
  • Proven experience in analyzing reports, identifying issues, and challenging management.
  • Previous experience in strategic analysis and planning, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen.
  • Ability to simplify complex situations, communicate, and present sophisticated information.
  • Project management skills.
  • Degree in Finance or related fields.
