Sales Executive Position at FedEx Group

At FedEx Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for directly selling FedEx products and services to national account customers, resulting in net additional revenue to the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sell all FedEx services to customers based on defined sales strategies, resulting in net incremental revenue and maximum profitability.
  • Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule to ensure minimum attainment of all required sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain account intelligence systems to record, store, and report sales activities, account information, and market information.
  • Implement marketing and sales programs as instituted by FedEx management.
  • Gather and report competitive activity in assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or finance.
  • Five years of professional sales experience, preferably in commercial or industrial sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and plan and execute customer sales strategies.
  • Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
