Global Sales Director

At FedEx Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for directly selling FedEx products and services to national account customers, resulting in net additional revenue to the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sell all FedEx services to customers based on defined sales strategies, resulting in net incremental revenue and maximum profitability.
- Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule to ensure minimum attainment of all required sales activities.
- Develop and maintain account intelligence systems to record, store, and report sales activities, account information, and market information.
- Implement marketing and sales programs as instituted by FedEx management.
- Gather and report competitive activity in assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or finance.
- Five years of professional sales experience, preferably in commercial or industrial sales.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve major account sales goals and plan and execute customer sales strategies.
- Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
