Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Development: Employ various methods such as cold outreach, email initiatives, social networking, and professional connections to identify potential clients interested in our dental services.
  • Outbound Calling: Make proactive calls to prospects, engage them in meaningful discussions, and present persuasive information about our offerings to generate interest and secure meetings.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize appointments for sales representatives or service providers by aligning availability between prospects and the relevant team members. Utilize software tools or a CRM system to accurately manage and update appointment schedules.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospects to enhance the chances of securing appointments. Address their needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve any concerns they may have.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company's dental services to effectively communicate their value, features, and benefits to potential clients. Stay informed about service enhancements or updates.
  • Record Keeping: Keep precise records of all communications, scheduled appointments, and outcomes in a CRM or database. Generate reports summarizing appointment metrics, conversion rates, and other relevant data for performance assessment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales or service team to synchronize appointment schedules with their availability and provide necessary details about each meeting. Share insights or feedback gathered during interactions with prospects to improve the overall sales process.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Seek opportunities to enhance appointment setting techniques, scripts, and strategies to optimize lead generation and appointment conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage prospects and build relationships over the phone.
  • Persuasive and resilient, with the capability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and appointments.
  • Proficient in utilizing CRM software or appointment scheduling tools.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a robust work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving circumstances and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
