About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Technical Architect to lead our Cloud Platform Team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in SAP Basis and proven experience in team leadership.
This role involves managing a team of technical consultants who support SAP Fioneer project implementations through the planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, ensuring optimal availability and performance within the project's SAP environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor a team of SAP Fioneer Cloud Platform consultants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate team schedules and resources to ensure consistent support and maximum system uptime across all active projects in the region.
- Project and Goal Management: Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, manage project assignments, and track team and individual goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Skills:
