Job Summary

Flex, a leading global manufacturing partner, is seeking a highly skilled Program Management Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global and organizational policies to ensure company profitability.
  • Oversee cross-functional activities and deliver high-quality programs to external customers.
  • Collaborate with regions, general managers, and customers to define strategies for manufacturing cost reduction.
  • Participate in strategic planning and objective-setting for Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOPS) alongside senior managers.
  • Make informed decisions or provide recommendations to the Senior Leadership team on administrative or operational matters.
  • Support the program team in developing strategic plans, goals, timelines, and measures of success for implementing contracted Flex products and services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business and its clients.
  • Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and implementation of contracted Flex products and services for assigned clients.
  • Coordinate with clients and Flex operations to determine data requirements, production schedules, and deliverables.
  • Ensure effective communication of strategy between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project/product or service transitions.
  • Work with the Director and Management team to coordinate team members and monitor key metrics per account.
  • Innovate and authorize projects to improve and/or extend the value proposition to existing customers.
  • Participate in and/or support major contract negotiations.
  • Drive, collaborate, and steer business development activities to win replacement and growth business.
  • Provide business proposal support and inputs for existing and new business.
  • Monitor and support the program team to ensure effective use of and participation in Quarterly Business Review process.
  • Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
