The ideal candidate will assist in managing project data compilation to provide accurate and timely information, enabling business strategic and operational agility.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate comprehensive reports, including cash flow, invoicing, project income, and progress updates.
  2. Monitor project progress to maintain up-to-date status information.
  3. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Principals and Design leaders to ensure project status information is current.
  4. Effectively manage project-related databases throughout all project stages.
  5. Manage the invoicing process and support collection processes with a client-centric approach.
  6. Utilize critical thinking and analysis skills to support the creation of strategic and compelling Fee proposals for clients.
  7. Collect necessary documents for project contracts.
  8. Manage account payable processes.

Requirements

  1. Administration, Finance, or Accountant-related degree.
  2. Advanced Excel skills.
  3. Experience with invoicing platforms.
  4. Excellent client service skills.
  5. Minimum 5 years of experience.
  6. Advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
  7. Location: Zapopan, Jalisco.
