Project Administrator

Gomez Vazquez International is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our global team at our office in Zapopan, Jalisco. As a key member of the Strategic Department, you will play a vital role in managing project data compilation to provide timely and accurate information for business strategic and operational agility.

Daily Activities:

  1. Generate various reports, including cash flow, invoicing, project income, and project status.
  2. Monitor project progress to maintain up-to-date status information.
  3. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with Principals and Design leaders.
  4. Manage project-related databases, including Excel sheets and Xero.
  5. Support the invoicing process and collection efforts with a client-centric approach.
  6. Contribute to creating strategic and powerful fee proposals.
  7. Collect necessary documents for project contracts.
  8. Manage account payable.

Requirements:

  • Administration, Finance, or Accountant-related degree.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Invoicing platform expertise (preferred).
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience.
  • Advanced (oral and written) English proficiency.
