Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities.
- Lead the deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and develop a team of Continuous Improvement professionals to lead process improvement initiatives.
- Work with senior leaders to build a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Lead process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to site and regional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives with significant gains in operational efficiency.
- Strong professional acumen, effective written and verbal communication skills, and project management expertise.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority, acting as a change agent.
- Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring others in Continuous Improvement subject matter.
