**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to join our Intelligent Automation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing site-specific Intelligent Automation roadmaps, designing and implementing process optimization strategies, and collaborating with manufacturing site teams to improve efficiency and product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop site-specific Intelligent Automation roadmaps, inclusive of digital solutions, machine learning, and common technical solutions across sites.
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing site teams to conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending technological solutions.
  • Complete process concept, project charters, and business justification, risk analysis, feasibility/Proof of Concept, Automation FAT, SAT, and validation.
  • Manage external contractors and vendors for process development and technology transfer projects.
  • Collaborate with the DTO team members and other required functions to develop and implement playbooks for implementation and replication of intelligent automation technology solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues, improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with counterparts in Manufacturing/Operations, business units, Global Integrated Engineering, BD Excellence, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance, ensuring timely and transparent alignment of strategies and goals.
  • Provide mentoring and build engineering capabilities to support the continuous evolution of Intelligent automation technology through skills identification and assessment, capability building, and training of associates, including engineering support organization, Site operators, technicians, and engineers.

**Requirements**

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, automation, and digital solutions, with experience in developing and implementing Intelligent Automation roadmaps. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
